Booking & Arrival
If you’re planning on visiting our museum, we recommend pre-booking to guarantee your admission. Pre-booking also allows us to monitor the numbers of visitors on site to ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible. All you need to do is select an arrival window and then arrive anytime between those times. Once inside the museum, there is no time limit to your visit! A limited number of walk up tickets will be available daily, but these cannot be guaranteed during busy times.
If you want to explore Ulster Folk Museum too, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket here, as we are no longer able to offer a dual ticket for Ulster Transport Museum and Ulster Folk Museum. We recommend you give yourself two hours at each museum for the most memorable time at both.
Group bookings of up to 15 people can be made online. Group bookings of 15 people or more will receive a 10% discount as well. For bookings over 15 people, please email us.
For Education and School group booking enquiries, please fill in our online booking form to submit your request. Due to site capacity restrictions, we cannot accept school bookings without prior arrangement.
